Q: What are your products made out of?
A: All of our products are made of impact resistant HDPE plastic.
Q: How long do orders take to arrive once they are placed?
A: Everything we do is handmade to order so it’s expected to take up to 10 days to make depending on our week to week volume and 3-5 business days to ship out for orders within the US.
Q: Is installation difficult?
A: Installing our diffusers are very simple and require minimal tools such as a drill, a few wrenches and a screw driver. (Possibly a jack as well for cars that are really low) Once the diffuser or lip is assembled it just involves making a few pilot holes with a 3/8 bit and bolting the product to your bumper. Q: Is hardware included?
A: Yes, all hardware for assembly and mounting is included.
Q: I just lost a fin, can I get a replacement one or do I need to buy a whole new diffuser?
A: Losing a fin is never something you want to see when you get out of your car. Feel free to shoot us a DM on Instagram or email and we’ll get you setup with a replacement: @dragcutters
Q: Do you offer sponsorships?
A: At the moment we aren’t currently offering any sort of sponsorships.
Q: What is your return Policy?
A:
Exchanges: Buyer is responsible if incorrect kit is ordered. If we offer a kit that does fit your vehicle we can do an exchange, buyer must pay return shipping for the swap.
Returns: Returns are only eligible within 30 days of the date your kit was delivered. If the order is opened or installed there is a 15% restocking fee. For all returns buyer is responsible for return shipping and initial shipping cost is not refunded.
